August 22, 2010 (Day 234)

Tofu soup today! It was good, it had dumplings in it with tofu and some veggies. Then my mom and I went to Ranch 99 so I finally bought some Pretz Salad, which I've been craving for since forever! They were so good. Mom bought some plums so she cut me one and it was surprisingly sweet. Pho for dinner and then tried the Taiwanese restaurant. Ate their sweet butter toast and shaved ice. The shaved ice was pretty bad...they used canned fruit and the ice was kind of hard. The toast wasn't too bad but it wasn't crispy or buttery enough. Not bad for East Bay asian food though.
