Day 6 was another early morning. I went to morning prayer at 6:30 and then around 9 ate my toast to keep me going before I would be able to eat lunch at 1. I was taking an LSAT practice exam at 2 so I went home and quickly and made myself another cucumber/balsamic salad. I'm starting to get sick of it hahaha I need to find other ingredients, usually I boil an egg but I've been too lazy lately. I'm going boil one for tomorrow's salad. Then since my test is three hours right after I took it my LSAT class was pretty much starting so I had to quickly eat my sandwich, which was a bit soggy at the bottom from the lettuce but good nonetheless! I want to try more innovative lunches/dinners but just no time to cook! I have salmon and beef in the freezer. Hopefully next week.
